02What data we collect
Booking form ("Build your training plan")
The form does not store anything on this website. When you press Send via WhatsApp or Send by email, your own WhatsApp or email app opens with a pre-filled message, and the data is only sent if you choose to send that message. It may contain:
- your name and a phone number or email address;
- whether you are a player, a parent or a club;
- training goals, level, preferred programme and sessions per week;
- the player's age (optional) and anything you write in the message.
Direct contact
If you call, message or email us directly, we receive the details you share, such as your name, number and the content of the conversation.
Technical data
This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies. The hosting provider and the third-party services listed in section 05 may receive your IP address and basic browser information when the page loads, as is technically necessary to deliver it.
03Why we use it and legal basis
- Answering your enquiry and preparing a proposal: steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Delivering coaching services: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Invoicing and accounting: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
- Keeping the website secure and working: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
04Children and young players
Many of our programmes are for young players. Data about a child should be sent by a parent or legal guardian. We only collect the minimum needed to organise training (for example, age and relevant health or availability information) and we process it with the guardian's knowledge and consent.
Photos or videos of minors are never published without the explicit consent of a parent or guardian.
05Who we share data with
We do not sell or rent personal data. Data may be processed by:
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) and our email provider (Microsoft), when you choose these channels to contact us;
- Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.), which delivers the fonts of this page and receives your IP address when it loads;
- our website hosting provider, which stores server logs for security;
- accountants or public authorities, only when required by law.
06International transfers
Some of the providers above may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this happens, transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
07How long we keep data
- Enquiries that do not lead to a booking: up to 12 months after the last contact.
- Client and player data: for the duration of the coaching relationship and up to 2 years after it ends.
- Invoices and accounting records: for the period required by Greek tax law.
08Cookies and local storage
This website does not set cookies. It only saves your chosen language (EN, PT or ΕΛ) in your browser's local storage so the site opens in the same language next time. This stays on your device and is never sent to us. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
09Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- correct inaccurate data or have it deleted;
- restrict or object to its processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, Kifisias 1-3, 115 23 Athens, www.dpa.gr.
10Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive health information unless it is needed for training.

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
