About the coach

I am a Brazilian football coach from São Luís, Maranhão, born on 23 October 1983, currently driving player and team development in Athens, Greece. With a UEFA B license and a trilingual approach (Portuguese, English, and Greek), I design and deliver high-performance training programs for clubs, elite academies, and individual athletes throughout Attica.

My mission is simple to describe yet demanding to master: identify what is limiting performance, construct a data-driven improvement plan, and prove its success through measurable results.

During my scouting activities between 2009 and 2012, I was responsible for the identification, evaluation and recommendation of Brazilian talent to Olympiakos FC, one of Greece's leading football clubs.
